To uninstall Talking Panda on an iPod that is automatically synchronized
- Open iTunes
- Click the Library in the iTunes source list
- Search for "Talking Panda" and delete associated tracks from your iTunes
Library
- Remove any "[iLingo]" playlists from your iTunes Library
- Click your iPod in the iTunes source list
- Click the iPod preferences icon that appears in the lower-right hand corner
of iTunes
- Ensure that "Enable Disk Mode" is checked in the iPod preferences and click
OK (you may turn this off after uninstallation)
- From the Desktop on Mac or "My Computer" on Windows, open the iPod volume
- Ensure that a folder named "Notes Backup 1" exists on the iPod volume
- Move the current "Notes" folder on your iPod to the Trash or Recycle Bin
- Rename the "Notes Backup 1" on your iPod to "Notes"
- Optionally disable "Enable Disk Mode" from the iPod preferences of iTunes if
it was enabled previously
To uninstall Talking Panda on an iPod that is manually synchronized
- Open iTunes
- Click your iPod in the iTunes source list
- Search for "Talking Panda" in iTunes and delete associated tracks from your
iPod
- Remove any "[iLingo]" playlists from your iPod
- From the Desktop on Mac or "My Computer" on Windows, open the iPod volume
- Ensure that a folder named "Notes Backup 1" exists on the iPod volume
- Move the "Notes" folder to the Trash or Recycle Bin
- Rename the "Notes Backup 1" folder to "Notes"
